IT professional providing advanced Identity Management Administration expertise in a Microsoft Active Directory environment. This position would assist with implementation and utilization of any future IAM program changes within Bridgestone. Operates as part of the Identity and Access Mgt. team within IT Infrastructure. This is an on-premises position with no regular work from home option
Responsible for Active Directory User Lifecycle management including:
Access control management
Works with HR, Security and other IT teams to continually improve ID Mgmt. process and toolset.
Support security, legal, audit with forensics/discovery.
Perform customer interaction when fulfilling requests.
Perform proactive cleanup activities within Active Directory.
Conducts complete diagnostics of identity management issues from an IT perspective, factoring in a strong understanding of the technical architecture. Anticipates implementation obstacles.
Works effectively on a continuing basis with customers to understand and explain business and technical issues.
Forms productive networks with internal and external customers and the vendor community.
Responsible for all aspects of AD User and Group administration including process design, continuous improvement, tool configuration, installation, patching, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and resolution of application integration issues.
Responsible for setup and maintenance of identities in the Office 365 tenant.
Responsibilities in AD migration projects relative to skillset.
Develop Powershell and other automation.
Develop reports for audit and internal data quality validation.
Required to be part of an on-call support rotation.
Customer service mentality.
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
2 years Experience working in an enterprise environment
Knowledge of Powershell, Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and Identity and Access Management concepts.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teammates.
Excellent documentation skills.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience administering Office 365/Azure AD beyond the GUI.
Microsoft SharePoint and Exchange administration
