The Crew Chief position is responsible to supervise and assist all oil / lubrication / tire / sales operations conducted on his/her shift, and coordinating services to obtain optimum efficiency of Speedco store operations while maximize ultimate customer service. This position is responsible for the execution of all services provided by Speedco and promoting quality and achieving all safety targets at this Speedco location. This role will maximize the stores consistency, speed, and quality to met company standard processes that our customers have come to expect.
Supervisory experience to hold teammates accountable for quality workmanship

Inspect store cleanliness and maintain to Speedco standards.
Assist in teammate training programs.
Assist with maintaining store equipment and tools to Speedco standards.
Supervise quality control processes to track, maintain and improve customer service as well as to prevent service failures.
Follow all Speedco standard work follow processes.
Communicate to customer’s information gathered during services and present sales opportunities.
Accurately maintain inventory stock levels.
Maintain Speedco standard of cleanliness.
Follow and complete all paperwork required during services.
Complete any other assign task delegated by Store Management.
This position requires a High School education or equivalent.
1 year or more of retail or service experience helpful.
Experience with class 6, 7 and 8 semi truck mechanics and or lubrications helpful.
Strong communication skills
Excellent people relations skills.
Lead by example.
Build trust and respect to promote store successes.
Dependable and have a good attendance record.
Ability to work various shift schedules including nights and week ends
Strong leadership skills and be able to mentor and coach teammates.
Display evidence of good mechanical skills and judgment.
