Position Summary:

This position directs, controls, and organizes the activities of teammates to achieve safety, quality, cost, and production objectives of the Department. The Crew Leader coordinates these activities to ensure that customer departments receive products that meet plant objectives. The Crew Leader is responsible for directing and supporting the development of teammates. Controlling, planning, and assisting teammates in daily activities is also a part of their responsibility.


6 years manufacturing experience and 2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role or BS degree and 4 years manufacturing experience to include 2 years in supervisory or leadership role or AS degree and 6 years manufacturing experience to include 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
