Responsible for leadership and supervision of production teammates on the crew within a department at the Wilson, NC plant. Responsible for scheduling work, resolving problems, making decisions and ensuring a quality product is produced in a safe working environment. Also provides training, conducts meetings and administers corrective action. Prepares required paperwork/reports.
The selected candidate(s) could be placed into any department as there could be Crew Leader movement that creates an opening in a department that is currently fully staffed.
BS Degree or 2 years college, associate, technical, or business degree and 2 years supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
8 years production experience to include at least 2 years supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
